titles and or re-tabbed index divider sheets are available.
Medical
chart index divider sheets are 8-1/2" x 11", 110# white
index stock printed with guidelines for fast and accurate placement
of medical chart divider index tabs. Sheets are conveniently ruled
for making notes and are 7-hole punched to be used with fasteners
in folders or 3-ring binders.
