Rollok Clear Slat for liquor store
Rollok clear doors filled the need to prevent theft, yet provided visiblity of our merchandise in an aesthetically pleasing mannner for guests in the store.

Rolling Door Specifications
Our foam filled slats are made of 100% CFC-free material. Water is used as propellant, NO PROPELLANT SUCH AS PENTANE OR BUTANE ARE USED. The powder-coated surface is made of polyester and enameled in a special stove with 200° C.

Slat profile: |
- Material: Roll formed aluminum
- Slat Profile, made of 3005 H27 aluminum alloy per ASTM aluminum standards which is coil coated with a high quality polyester paint on the outside to insure durability and a poly primer on the inside to provide an adhesive surface for the polyurethane foam core. The foam is injected during the forming process, adding structural composition as well as insulating qualities.
- Interlocking slats, continuous for the entire door width, side-locks at the ends of alternating slats.

Aluminum, Alloy 3005, minimum 0.032" thick per ASTM aluminum standards, which is coil coated.

- Material: Extruded aluminum alloy of 6063-T5.
- Finish: Match slat finish.
- Dimensions: 2.125" x 0.875".
- Thickness: Corners are 0.015" radius, and typical wall thickness is 0.062".
