On-Site Consultation & Evaluation

We provide FREE detailed drawings of our proposed filing systems. Please complete and fax our Layout Request Form for a free filing system proposal.

At your request, and for a nominal fee, we can arrange to have one of our field representatives scheduled to visit with you at your facility if you prefer, to fully understand your specific filing needs and evaluate your filing area and storage requirements. Our initial fee helps us recover only part of the upfront cost that we will incur for our representative to travel to your location and return. Often this takes about 4 hours on average to visit with you and return to our office.

Initial on-site consultation and evaluation fees are $250.00 for the first visit and are non-reimbursable. Consultation fees are payable with any major credit card or company check. If you accept our proposal, we will credit 50% of the consultation fee against your purchase price.

NOTE: Parking fees are the responsibility of the end-user, and will be added unless parking has been validated.
