Wire Basket Mailroom Mail Carts

We provides the sturdiest Wire Basket Mailroom Carts available. Our Wire Basket Mail Cart are built to last. Made of select materials like heavy-gauge painted steel or plated wire, and tubular steel chrome-plated frames, our Wire Basket Mail Cart will give you years of service even in the busiest of mailroom centers! Choose from a wide variety, including small, medium and large-capacity carts.

Basic MailCart™: Mail Cart models are manufactured from 20 gauge steel and durable powder coat paint finish. Each cart style has a model number with a suffix designation indicating caster type.

Suffix designations are as follows:

5C = 5" diameter hard rubber stem casters (two swivel/two non-swivel).

6C = 6” diameter semi-pneumatic heavy duty plate mounted casters (two swivel/two non-swivel).

8P = 8” diameter pneumatic heavy duty plate mounted casters (two swivel/two non-swivel).

BW = two 8” diameter pneumatic heavy duty plate mounted swivel casters and two 16” bicycle style wheels.

Finish: All steel parts are thoroughly cleaned using a three-stage iron phosphate washer and then coated with an Epoxy-Hybrid powder coat finish using a state-of-the-art electrostatic paint system. Powder coating provides a superior, attractive, uniform finish that is more durable, scratch and corrosion resistant, and environmentally friendly than liquid paint.
