DOCK TO DOCK FREIGHT SERVICE: Includes commercial freight delivered to a commercial loading dock. Receiver is responsible for unloading product, final placement, unpack and debris removal. Not available for residential deliveries.
DELIVERY SERVICES: Delivery services are available anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States for an additional charge. Services must be selected at the time of order placement to avoid reconsignment charges. Rates noted below are for commercial address. An additional charge of $45.00 per shipment applies to residential deliveries. Vault and safe delivery services are available on a per quote basis. Quoted rates and rate schedules cover a one hour arrival to departure window at a commercial location. Work site delays or failure to provide information needed for a safe and successful delivery may result in additional charges.
CURBSIDE DELIVERY: Delivery personnel will present goods to ground level at rear of delivery. Customer is responsible for final movement of goods, unpack and debris removal.
1-4 units @ $100.00 total, 5+ Units @ $30.00 / unit.
THRESHOLD SERVICE: Delivery personnel remove goods from truck and place goods inside first exterior doorway, garage or carport. Includes up to four steps exterior to the first doorway. Customer is responsible for final placement, unpack and debris removal.
1-4 units @ $150.00 total, 5+ Units @ $80.00 / unit.
INSIDE DELIVERY SERVICE: Delivery personnel remove goods from truck, place goods in room of choice, and complete unpack and debris removal. Includes lift gate service and stair carry of 0-4 internal and external steps. Does not include site preparation or protection.

FREIGHT DAMAGE AND DISCREPANCY: Merchandise should be fully inspected upon receipt for evidence of damage or shortage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage or shortage is evident, it must be noted on the delivery receipt. If external appearance does not indicate damage, but damage is discovered upon unpacking: (1) Save all packing materials (2) take pictures of damage (3) Report concealed damage within 7 days of delivery. SentrySafe and American Filing Solutions is not responsible for reimbursement when delivery receipts are signed clear of damage/discrepancy, or when concealed damage is reported after 7 days. |
