Virtual Doxx eForms (electronic forms) allows for the automation of data entry on standard use forms throughout the workplace. Forms automation is easily attained using single data entry screens or through a batch import of data. Forms can then be printed and filed away in the file room.
Our eForms module is available as a stand-alone application or integrated with Virtuall Doxx records management solutions or Virtual Labels label printing solutions.
Electronic forms can be printed individually, or in groups based on 'type of transaction'. The software can integrate multiple items into a single print job, including labels, forms, sets of forms and the like.
